Refunds & Returns Policy
OVERVIEW:
Our refund and returns policy is 30-days for all EZ Log Tool Products, and 10-days for all wood products.
RETURNS:
- Must be in original condition, not damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- You must first call, email or send us a text to let us know that you want to make a return. Please have your order number available. Go to the Contact page for our phone number and email address, or simply use the contact form on that page to let us know that you want to return something.
- You will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the product.

REFUNDS:
- Once we receive the product back from you, we will inspect it, and and if ok, then issue a refund.
- Initial shipping fees will not be refunded, nor will the shipping cost you paid to return the product to us.
- All refunds will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
EXCHANGES:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, call, text, or send us an email to let us know.
